Smartphones to Conquer Europe By 2012

The recent studies reveal that smartphones will take over 70 percent of the mobile phone market in Europe by 2012. It is a well known fact that many celebrities including the US President Barack Obama, Paris Hilton, Stephen Fry, etc. are fanatical users of the smartphones. Blackberry and Apple iPhone are the toppers in the much-sought smartphones across the globe. Blackberry has now become an epitome for the business mobile phone. According to the analysts in technology research house, despite of the economic melt down, almost 70 percent of the European market will switch to expensive smartphones by 2012. As per Carolina Milanesi, the technology research house personnel the soaring demands on Apple iPhone and Blackberry phones are ample evidence for the unchanged gadget lust of the consumers. Milanesi added that she speculates a massive spike in the sales of smartphones by Christmas. With leading brands like Nokia and Sony Ericsson equipping more number of phones with OS, we can definitely expect a stiff competition in the business phone market.
